Fitness Consultation

  • Complimentary

The first session with any new client is a fitness consultation. We will talk about your goals and how we can best get to them, as well as reviewing injuries and fitness history. I will also be having you perform some basic movements such as a bodyweight squat in order to assess you for limitations and possible muscle imbalances.

Personal Training

  • One-on-One Personal Training: Starting at $60 per session
  • Small Group Training: +$15 per session per additional participant up to 3 people
  • Billed every 2 or 4 weeks

I will design an exercise program (long-term exercise plan) tailored to your goals and body and train you one on one, giving you my full attention. I will be with you in person to help you move your best and to make sure you are doing everything optimally.

I will bring equipment to your home or train you at your apartment gym if you have one available.

As my client, I am available to text or speak to you from 9 AM to 9 PM Monday through Saturday. You can expect a reply within two hours, depending on what my schedule is like that day.

Group Training

  • Starting at $25 per participant, 4-8 people

Want to work out as a group? This is a good option. I know from experience that working out as a group can be lots of fun! Costs less than personal training but has less one-on-one attention. 

Virtual Training

  • Starting at $60 per session
  • Small Group Virtual Training: +$15 per session per additional participant up to 3 people

Virtual training is similar to personal training, except we will both be behind our respective screens using Zoom or a similar program to see each other. You will obviously have to have your own equipment. 

This type of training is very convenient and does not involve travel for either of us. It can be more challenging since I cannot see you in three dimensions or use touch cues—so be ready to change angles if I need to see you differently!

Custom Programming

  • $150 every 4 weeks

Are you more self-directed? This option may be for you. I will provide you with a custom workout program to follow in order to meet your goals. This workout program will be delivered via Google Sheets and will include video demonstrations of each exercise as well as a warmup designed to optimize your performance.

You will have access to text me 9 AM to 9 PM Monday through Saturday and can expect a reply within two hours depending on whether I am training people in person.

You will have available two 30-minute checkin meetings per week which can be conducted via video or phone call. These checkins are scheduled periods of time where you are guaranteed to have my undivided attention.
