My Philosophy

what i believe

“Stagnation is death.”

That is my motto.

I believe that in order to truly live, one must continually try to improve oneself, no matter how slowly or incrementally. I believe that if you stop trying to improve yourself, you are beginning to truly die.

So what does this tenet have to do with being liquid?

“You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.”

-Bruce Lee

Liquid has no form. It can adapt to any shape. Similarly, not every person has the same goal in fitness. Some want to lose weight, some want to gain muscle, some want to move with less pain, some want to chase their grandkids. Most people change goals at some point in their journey.

You can adapt. You can grow. You can overcome. All of us start somewhere. If you are on my website, chances are that there is something you would like to improve about yourself.

You can.

Reject mediocrity. Reject decay. Reject stagnation. Embrace a future where you are better than you are now. I can help you find that future. It exists. But I can’t make your decision to pursue it for you.

Are you ready to reject stagnation?
